Good Morning Guys

I found this image on Pinterest. Ironically, it’s speaking about an idea that I was just dealing with two days ago.

The way we understand this world develops through experience. A person, who’s lived through a tornado, perceives life a bit oppositely, than someone who’s lived contently on Wall Street.

Our expectations then, should be “open” enough to understand beyond our own experience. No two lives have walked the same exact path.

A firework could trigger PTSD for a Veteran. Rustling wind through neighborhood bushes , at night.. migh easily spook a Sexual Assult Victim.

We’re entitled to our thoughts, feelings, and opinions. We live our story. We hold our versions of every possible situation…

Nonetheless,

So does everyone else.

If we’re going to live amongst one another, we should be mindful to be objective in conversations which it’s necessary.

Have a great day!

Blessings Today 💚

May all your thoughts, ideas, and connections, today, come from a place of love and compassion. 🎋 May you acknowledge and embrace the moments of peace. May your work environment be of light and laughter. May you allow yourself to trust what will come and wait for it’s message. May you accept what is truth and what isn’t. May you allow the universe to align you with what’s meant for you. May you have an amazing Thursday!

Oh Honey, Lessons to be Learned!

Love isn’t easy…

It’s forgiving over and over.

It’s stepping back, and allowing another to make a mistake.

It’s allowing children to grow up.

It’s letting go of self and putting another’s best interest first.

It’s choosing happiness over being right.

It’s sacrificing for a greater good.

It’s painfully accepting another must learn accountability.

It’s watching mistakes make life difficult for one you love.

It’s saying what needs said, and doing what needs done.

It’s giving tough love.

Sometimes, it’s being hated…

It’s risking your heart.

It’s giving up your guard; and, allowing yourself to be vulnerable.

It’s pushing past pain, to accomplish and grow.

It’s going without so another won’t.

It’s having less so another can have enough.

It’s making the hard decisions, even when you don’t want to.

It’s protection in emotionally and physically difficult situations.

It’s facing pain head on.

It’s supporting another, regardless of your opinion.

It’s being patient when they’re being a pain in the ass.

Nothing about love is easy… even less about it is butterflies and rainbows…

But, it’s 💯 % worth it!

With Love & Light

Day 3: A food you really love

No brainer …. chocolate!!! LOL A few others would be cheese, strawberries, pasta, and ice cream.

“Let gratitude be the pillow upon which you kneel to say your nightly prayer. And let faith be the bridge you build to overcome evil and welcome good.”
