Saturday is usually the start to our weekend (unless you’re waking up with a hangover)!

A great way to begin a morning, especially the morning of a brand new year, is words of positivity!

The moment they’re spoken, words take on life. What you say becomes what you believe. Stand in front of any mirror, and speak these for yourself!

  1. 2022 is a year of positive change, and I welcome it with open arms.
  2. I’m going to only focus on things I can control and let go of worry about the rest.
  3. I will have enough motivation every day in 2022 to stay on track with my New Year’s resolutions.
  4. I am freeing myself of all the anxiety and negative thinking and shifting to a positive mindset.
  5. In 2022 I’m going to commit to my dream and finally start this thing I always wanted to do.
