Domination isn’t as important as communication. A wise and effective leader understands the importance of conversing. Additionally, listening is on the opposite end of the scale. A leader must take time to understand the needs, thoughts, and concerns of the group.

These practices are essential in any type of ship. I, also, believe, if everyone feels heard.. the majority of the tension would decrease. We all just want to be seen and heard.
