Morning πŸ€ β˜•

This morning, as I waited for my liquid magic to morph me human, I wrote.

The prompt I chose was this question:

What 3 things make me feel I'm not good enough? 

Startling isn’t it? Well, heavy anyway. I knew that if I could identify any of these insignificant energies, I could change the result.

My answers:

  • People who say I’m not, in other words.
  • The truth that I haven’t worked a traditional job in years.
  • Me being a single mom and having some government help.
  • My own insecurities.

What’s next? Prevention! I don’t want the nonsense to continue; so, I have to find a solution to the problem.

Here are a few I’d suggest:

Now that I knew from where this derived, I can adjust as it tries to creep in.

Another adaptation is, I don’t have to believe it. I don’t have to accept that negativity from anyone or anything.

Finally, replacing the junk with soul food, my entire being will gain more love and life. (Affirmations, quotes, ect.)

You’ve been criticizing yourself for years. Try approving of yourself and see what happens.
