September Do-For-You Challenge 🤚🏼 Revised

Who would be interested in doing this with me? If for no other reason, please take alittle extra time, this September, to invest good things into yourself. You deserve it just as much as anyone else 💖

30 Do-For-You Days in September:

  • Spend time with the right people! Those who build you up, help you improve, and support you.
  • Face your problems head on. Work through some of that; so, it no longer controls got.
  • Be honest with yourself! Always!
  • Make your own happiness a priority. {As it should be!!}
  • Be yourself, genuinely and proudly. There’s no one else like you! Flaunt it 🙂
  • Notice and Live in the present. This is how you never miss the important stuff.
  • Value the lessons your mistakes have taught/teach you. Your mistakes don’t define you.
  • Be more polite to yourself. Positive self-talk.
  • Enjoy the things you already have. Many wish for what you’ve got.
  • Create your own happiness. It’s a life only you can decide.
  • Give your ideas and dreams a chance. You never know what you CAN do until you try.
  • Believe that you’re ready for the next step. Because you are! Everything it takes is already within you.
  • Entertain new relationships for the right reasons. Be sure you understand your intentions.
  • Give new people in your life, a chance.
  • Remember to embrace your now version of you. The others require you to let go of what was involved when you were them.
  • Cheer on other people’s victories. They worked for what they earned. You can, too!
  • Look for the silver lining in tough situations. That’s usually the lesson. It’s always there.
  • Forgive yourself and others. Life’s too short for what hate does to the body, heart, and soul.
  • Help those around you. Everyone could use a dose of kindness. It’s just fact.
  • Listen to your own inner voice. It’ll never misguide you.
  • Be mindful of your health; and, care for the issues as necessary.
  • Notice life’s beauty all around you.
  • Accept less than perfect situations (which is all the time!) It’ll be ok.
  • Work toward your goals, every single day.
  • Be more open about how you feel. That’ll hold you accountable to open up and be honest with yourself.
  • Take full accountability for your own life. Only you can decide what it is or will be.
  • Take deliberate steps to nurture your most important relationships.
  • Concentrate on the things only you can control.
  • Focus /believe in the possibility of positive outcomes.
  • Notice how blessed you are, at this very moment.
