I didn’t realize I was highly sensitive until about 2009. I didn’t realize there was such a thing as being an introvert or an extrovert. When I really started diving into who I was, I gained additional knowledge as to who I wasn’t but who others were. Knowledge really is power. If we allow it, it can show us beautiful things.
