Summer + School = yuck! 🤮 Amirite🤔?
Not in Cleveland!
Today, my kids started what’s called the Summer Learning Experience. This wasn’t “a thing” when I was growing up; so to my astonishment, I couldn’t wait for them to begin.
They participate in a brief period of academics; then, explore through hands-on, body movements, and sensory exploration. The theme at my kids’ school (actually throughout the entire collection of locations) is super heroes!
I love this theme; because it is a big interest of my Zivah. I love my Calandra gets to make new friends and “have so much fun!!”
Here are a few activities you can do with your child/children to make learning fun!
- Frozen Molds Melt & Surprise = Found on Mothercould on Pinterest
- Make Popsicles = Found on anightowlblog
- Play a Water Cup Game = Found on PlayPartyPlan
- Have a “Drive-In” (#10 in this list) = Found on smartschoolhouse {also, check out #11!!}
- Make Ice-Cream themed Crafts = Found on Non-Toy Gifts
Bonus Ideas:
Have a dance party 🙂 {Sorry, I didn’t realize they weren’t going to play unless on YouTube}
