Feed your heart & mind

  1. I will find joy right where I am.
  2. I can be around others, without feeling my self worth change.
  3. I am in control of my breathing and mind.
  4. My expectations are that which matters.
  5. I honor my past experiences, but I do not allow them to take away from my current joy..
  6. I allow myself to step back and take a moment, should my anxiety get bad.
  7. I fully embrace this day as a beautiful opportunity to give and receive love.
  8. I am equipped with all the tools I need to face today with courage and compassion.
  9. Who I am, exactly as I am, is always enough.
