Winter Wonderland Wishes❄️

Five Goals for December:

  1. Take more time to interact with my followers.
  2. Leave more responses to blog posts.
  3. Create a list of goals for My Namastè 365 Online 2022
  4. Focus on positive aspects of change.
  5. Post certain challenges regularly.

You are never too old to set another goal, or to dream a new dream.

C.S. Lewis

The great danger for most of us lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low, and achieving our mark.

Michelangelo

Do you have specific goals for next month? What are they? Is it?

Eugi’s Weekly Prompt: Compassion

You can find all the details to the challenge here.

There’s no place for me to judge if any particular religion is better than the other. I don’t know if one is the “above all others”.

Over the years, I’ve grown to identify myself as a spiritual person. I know my intuition has never failed me. I know I’ve found great peace in a realm beyond mortal capability.

One quality that I’ve dearly cherished, is my sense of compassion. As an empath, I naturally absorb energy around me. I sense what has come in that precise moment; and, I’m able to extend what’s needed to help.

The religion I most identify with is Buddhism. My beliefs and moral compass align with their practices.

This is Buddhist Avalokiteshvara Kuan Yin Buddhism Statue

Avalokiteśvara is one of the most famous bodhisattvas in Buddhism. The worship of bodhisattvas (beings of enlightenment) is one of the most distinctive features of Mahāyāna Buddhism. Whereas early or mainstream Buddhism recognizes only two bodhisattvas—the Buddha in his previous lives and Maitreya, the future Buddha—there are a number of bodhisattvas in Mahāyāna to whom one can appeal for help and guidance. Of the many bodhisattvas, Avalokiteśvara is identified specifically as the embodiment of compassion and as such has been worshipped throughout Buddhist Asia.

Always Give Thanks 🌺🌸🌼

This idea of giving thanks is a lifestyle. It’s an every day gift to yourself❤️

Today, I’m thankful for my kids, my family, and my chosen family.

I’m thankful for body spray and days I can nap.

I’m thankful for emails, cell phones, and text messages.

I’m thankful for voice messages, reunions, and birthdays.

I’m thankful for Nutella, mm’s, strawberries, and sausage.

I’m thankful for generosity, friendliness, and compassion.

I’m thankful for moments when the sky is breathlessly stunning…. When babies taste ice cream for the first time, when individuals walk down the isle to accept their diploma.

There’s infinite places and individuals and reasons why I’m thankful, today.

Have an amazing day friends 🦃🍁🍽

With love and light,

Can’t You Understand

I can’t read minds.

I never think your demons are your own to deal with.

I asked about work and your mental health… you choose not to tell me…

I’m not cruel and care everything about how you week went.

I’m complicated but I try my hardest to “keep up” with everything Calandra, Zivah, and you need before myself.

I’m not always pleasant but I’m learning..

I might seem selfish.. and sometimes I am selfish.. but it’s only because I know what it’s like to be taken advantage of… and not even on a priority list.

You’re going to be sick of me sometimes..

You’re going to hate my attitude…

You’re going to be pissed off as if I don’t consider you at all..

But, I do.. and I’m trying my hardest to do things right for me so I can be the best version of myself for everyone else!

You all deserve 100% and then some….

I can’t deliver it from an empty cup…

Newest Followers Welcome

Unbeknownst to you, I set a blogging goal for myself this Summer. By December 31st, 11:59… I wanted my site to reach 2500 individuals who felt it worthy enough to follow! I didn’t feel arrogant, but rather faithful in achieving this dream. I never doubted this would happen, eventually.

A day or so ago, Pat Fitzgerald grabbed that 2500th slot! Thank you so much, friend! I’m grateful for you; and, I hope your visit is always positive and inspiring. Would all of you other followers slide over that way, and show Pat some like, follow, and comment love? Thank you!

I need to give thanks to Kenny at Ken’s Devotions! He is always reblogging my content ( 🤔 I’m not sure what’s so special about mine, honestly!), which advertises me to others. Please leave him a hello, too, followers.

Since I’ve had over 500 added since January, I’d like to spotlight many of the recent ones! All of you guys are amazing! I cherish each one of you. If you have time, could you all drop by one another’s blog and show support? Let’s show each other what my blog is all about…Unifying us in the process of improving our mental health through self care and kindness.

Here’s additional followers to love on:

Thank you again, for all your support, comments, feedback, etc. I am planning a few improvements for next year. I always want to make your experience more enriching! In the mean time, enjoy your visit!
