Good Morning:) Do you feel that? What?… Close your eyes.
Quiet the nonsense worry, in your mind. You’ll survive without it’s anxiety and stress for a few minutes.
Close your eyes as you silence your mind. You’ll be ok not seeing that which relates to situations that’s caused you pain.
Breathe in deeply. You need the air flowing into your bloodstream. You need the expansion of your lungs. You need the lowering of your heart beat. You need the calm of right now.
As you focus on that, coupled with distance from inner conflict, wrap your arms around yourself. Feel the warmth on your chest. Notice the touch of safety, as your palms lay on your arms… You’re right now. You’re here.. and everything that can hurt you has been let go.
You’re living today, knowing that you’re imperfect but capable of change. You feel life inhaling through your nose, and fear exhaling through your mouth. You’re right now, ready to face situations with clear focus. You have hope and faith that life will be as it’s meant to be.. while, simultaneously, contributing kindness, love, wisdom, goodness, and joy to the manifestation.
Now, slowly open your eyes. Look for what you wish to see in this world. If you don’t see it, be it.
Take your arms and slowly, place them in your lap.. or by your side. They’re the safest place in your life. That place is ALWAYS available to you. I know many of you don’t even believe that.. but; it’s incredibly important that you do.
Continue to breathe in and out, as deeply as possible. That will steady your mind and body, helping you to work through situations with reasonable and rational thought.
Lastly, I ask this world to poor unmeasurable blessings upon you today. I hope in all and every way(s), you experience the good in this world. When you don’t, I hope you return to your safe place… and take care of you… rebalancing mind, body, and spirit.
