  • I am on the right path for me.

  • I believe in myself.
  • I am ok where and how I am.
  • I am strong in mind, body, and spirit.
  • How I Feel Matters.
  • I allow myself to be in only healthy relationships.
  • I can do this; and, I will do this.
  • I will win over anxiety because I can.

Speak only what is good, wholesome, and true. Your mind can be rewired away from that which causes you anxiety. It’s going to take work; but, YOU CAN DO IT! One affirmation after the next❤️
